Policy of Quality and Environment

RUA PAPEL describes its policy of quality and environment as:

• Complying with the legislation, regulation and requirements of quality and environment.
• Contributing to the sustainable development of the future generations, through the recovery of waste.
• Spreading the objectives and criteria of quality and environment established to all the levels of our structure.
• Implementing the indicators of the system, and following-up the level of progress of the same ones, so that it allows us to know and to assure the service and the guarantee required by our customers.
• Designing processes that reduce the environmental impact in its activity or services.
• Reducing at a minimum the polluting emissions and the waste to preserve the resources, as well as blocking the accidental emissions of substances or energy.
• Transmitting to all our suppliers and customers our policy of quality and environment.
• Developing the programs of continued training suitable for the needs of our internal and external customers, as well as the information about the environmental aspects of the recycling.
• Fostering and achieving a good environment for all the members of the company and the sense of the responsibility in relation to the quality and the environment.
• Consolidating the process of continued improvement in the elaboration of all the activities carried out in our company.
• Developing our organization coherently for giving the suitable answer to the current and future situation of the market.
